Sandra, the owner of an isolated guest house, is holding a crime writers' seminar with individual tutorials. Four ladies are booked in to receive advice and instruction, from an eminent author, on how to write a crime novel. However, problems arise; Sandra's goddaughter is missing and she is receiving threatening phone calls from a mysterious source; one guest has disappeared and if that is not enough another appears to have been murdered.
